You are responsible for welcoming them and following up on their stay at any time of the day.

You handle all the functions of a personalized and warm welcome 🤩, in the spirit of Mama: preparing arrivals, check-in & check-out of individual and group clients, last-minute reservations, telephone switchboard, handling client requests…

To ensure quality client follow-up, you report information to your hierarchy (complaints, remarks, or client feedback…).

You manage your cash receipts and are responsible for your cash register; you also verify all existing accounts.

You issue, process, and follow up on client invoices.

Involved in marketing Mama’s services, you enjoy promoting our shop (sales and merchandising of products), restaurant, and our events.

With your best handwriting, you bring out your creative side 👨🎨 and write useful information and nearby activities for clients on the mirrors on each floor and/or elevator.

The customer experience must be perfect and you are the guarantor of it.
