Salesperson 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:- You are responsible for the sale of vehicles as well as for personal, comprehensive, and individual customer advice from the first contact to the final purchase decision
- You take care of customers in the showroom, organize and accompany test drives, and ensure a first-class customer experience
- You create vehicle offers, purchase contracts, and quotations and actively follow up on offers as well as sales post-processing
- You are responsible for general administrative tasks such as maintaining the customer database and creating insurance offers as well as vehicle registrations
- You evaluate and take care of trade-in vehicles and handle the vehicle trade-in professionally
- You advise customers on leasing, financing, and insurance options and actively sell additional products such as winter tires, accessories, and service packages
- You process customer inquiries from various channels (phone, email, online platforms, and social media) and actively acquire new customers
- You maintain and develop the existing customer base through regular contacts and sustainable follow-up
- You have completed training in sales or the automotive industry and have solid professional experience in vehicle sales
- You advise customers personally and professionally, recognize their needs, and respond to their wishes in a sales-oriented manner
- You have fluent and error-free German language skills in speaking and writing; additional language skills are an advantage
- You hold a category B driving license as you work directly with vehicles
- You have the ability to advise customers in a personal yet professional manner, thereby promoting long-term customer relationships
- You present yourself with a neat appearance and build trust through your empathetic manner
- You are willing to regularly work on Saturdays and at events to flexibly meet customer needs
