Fairmont La Marina Rabat Salé is recruiting a Director of Fairmont Residences La Marina Rabat Salé to join its team.
Reporting to the General Manager, you are responsible for the following tasks:
Real estate operations management:
- Work with the management team to develop an operational strategy aligned with the commercial & marketing strategy of the Fairmont Residences;
- Prepare annual action plans based on customer satisfaction results and other data to identify areas for improvement of the Residences;
- Organize regular visits of the residences with the relevant departments to ensure that all premises and spaces are well maintained and that preventive maintenance processes are in place;
- Review reports and financial statements to determine if the residential property is performing against the budget;
- Manage the facilities of luxury condominiums and all departments working in the building;
- Implement high standards for all aspects of fire safety, loss prevention, unit owner identity, and privacy protection;
- Maintain a complete inventory of unit owner information, parking and storage spaces, monthly/quarterly owner newsletters, services, and information;
- Be fully familiar with all hotel and residence policies and procedures;
Operational team management:
- Encourage employee engagement to provide excellent service, participate in daily meetings, and model desired service behaviors in all interactions with customers and employees;
- Develop and execute necessary decisions to keep the property moving towards achieving objectives;
- Implement training programs to strengthen consistent quality service;
Stakeholder relationship management:
- Establish strong relationships with all owners and their board of directors to maintain a successful residential community;
- Attend owners' and board meetings and provide monthly reports and financial statements to the board;
- Foster synergy through positive guidance, communication, and innovation;
Profitability management:
- Work with direct reports to identify areas of concern and establish ways to improve the financial performance of departments;
- Prepare and operate within the annual budget constraints of the residences;
- Develop and implement property-wide strategies that offer products and services meeting or exceeding the needs and expectations of target resident owners of the residences and employees and that provide a return on investment;
- Provide timely financial reports and projections to the board;
- Guide the board on appropriate real estate management requirements and governance compliance;
Owner experience management:
- Create an atmosphere in all residential common areas that meets or exceeds owner expectations;
- Ensure that key elements of the service strategy are in place to produce desired results;
- Establish and maintain open and collaborative relationships with direct subordinates and the entire operations team;
- Interact regularly with clients (e.g., owners, suppliers, visitors) to obtain feedback on product quality, service levels, and overall satisfaction;
