- You work closely with the Head of Medicine, the Wil Directorate, taking on administrative, organizational, business management, and coordination tasks and providing support in leadership matters.
- You independently handle correspondence, manage the Head of Medicine's schedule, coordinate email and telephone inquiries, and organize appointments and internal and external events.
- You manage the meeting landscape of the Medicine and Psychology department and are responsible for their preparation and follow-up, including minute-taking.
- You take on controlling tasks, create continuing education contracts, and keep track of them.
- You are an important interface to the HRM department and actively participate in the entire recruitment process.
- You ensure the flow of information in the Medicine and Psychology department and are the primary contact person for all concerns of employees in the department.
- You manage complaint handling in the Medicine and Psychology department in close cooperation with the Head of Medicine.
- You are responsible for the duty scheduling of assistant doctors and assistant psychologists.
- You lead individual projects and take on interface tasks in the Medicine and Psychology department.
- You preferably have a higher professional education (HF/FH/Uni) in work and organizational psychology or in business administration, health economics, or a comparable field.
- Ideally, you bring professional experience in healthcare and/or a similar function as well as experience in process and project management.
- You have good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and are familiar with the structures and processes of hospitals or psychiatric clinics.
- Your IT user skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, are among your strengths.
- You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented with a high quality standard.
- You present yourself professionally, communicate confidently at all levels, think networked, and discretion is a matter of course for you.
