Receptionist
To join our Hospitality team, we are looking for a person graduated from a hotel school, or with experience as a Receptionist or Maître d'Hôtel. Their mission will be to ensure tasks specific to the receptionist function and service in the client lounges.
YOUR MISSION:
Reception and welcoming of clients;
Booking of client lounges for work sessions or business lunches;
Control of the setup of the lounges;
Accompanying clients;
Management of various administrative tasks;
Table service or banquet service (occasional requests).
YOUR PROFILE:
Experience in luxury hospitality (Receptionist or Maître d'hôtel) or as part of a flight crew;
Native French speaker with a very good command of English;
Good command of common computer tools;
Excellent presentation, smiling, courteous and discreet;
Versatile;
Team spirit and sense of initiative;
Residence in Switzerland required.
