- Completed vocational training with several years of dispatcher experience.
- Strong communication skills and customer interaction enthusiasm.
- Proficiency in French and/or Italian is a plus.

YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Shipping dispatching (mainly in Switzerland) including route planning, especially with crane unloading
- Deadline monitoring in coordination with our customers and the sales department
- Preparation of the corresponding documents
- Evaluation of the documents, continuous cost control
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Completed vocational training
- Several years of professional experience as a dispatcher
- Willingness to start work at 7 a.m.
- Further training in transport logistics/road transport/dispatching
- Open and communicative personality with enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Oral language skills in French and/or Italian
