This is the job - Your main tasks

Deputy to the Head of Finance
Business partnering and controlling for the industries, including business analysis, improvement potentials, scenario modeling, and project controlling
Responsibility and further development of BI tools as well as management of KPIs, dashboards, and external providers
Commercial controlling and reporting, especially analysis of sales funnel, order backlog, and revenue
Independent planning, modeling, and execution of budgets and forecasts
Participation in the monthly closing, ensuring correct operational accounting, and leading financial projects

This job is for you if

You have a university degree (FH/Uni, ideally business administration/economics/finance/controlling) or a comparable qualification.
You bring solid experience in business controlling/business partnering and in leading financial projects.
You can clearly present complex issues to decision-makers with your communication skills.
You are a convincing, cooperative personality who likes to get involved and inspires and engages others even without disciplinary leadership.
You have very good German and English skills at least at C1 level.
