What awaits you

Within the Le 111 restaurant of ECA in Lausanne Blécherette, you will be part of a team of 8 employees. Together, you will surprise about 350 guests daily with a varied, creative offer using fresh, quality, seasonal, and regional products. Working days will be Monday to Friday, between 06:00 and 17:00 hours according to the schedule. For rare special events, you are available in the evenings and weekends.
