Your strengths
- Support client advisors in private client follow-up, relieve them of certain administrative tasks (opening business relationships, managing existing relationships, online services, payment traffic, cards, legal compliance, various clarifications in banking operations, etc.)
- Complete administrative formalities arising from investment operations in compliance with legal requirements
- Answer regulatory questions, process documents, and update information in our systems
- Maintain contact with clients by phone or in writing and prepare correspondence (email or mail)
Your profile
- Basic training in the banking sector
- Native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language (at least B2 level)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, taste for client contact (wealthy private clients)
- Service orientation, flexibility, open-mindedness, persuasiveness
- Sense of responsibility, results orientation, rigor in work
