Contribute
•Organization and management of clinic consultations
- Consultation assistance for amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling (CVS), vacuum breast biopsy (Mammotome), breast puncture, HSG, urodynamic examinations, and minor surgical procedures
- Telephone service (triage / appointment scheduling / information / advice)
- Responsible for managing the clinic email and KISIM mailbox
- Handling general secretarial correspondence such as reporting, insurance inquiries, and administrative tasks related to patients, health insurance companies, and insurers
- Representing or supporting other MPAs during their absences
Bring along
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in gynecology and hospital settings
- Friendly, reliable, flexible, and competent personality characterized by high resilience and great motivation
- Flair for organization and enjoyment of active patient contact
- Solid knowledge of medical terminology, confident German language skills, and good MS Office user skills
