Job Description
Hardware repair and maintenance:
Repair of PCs and laptops, mainly HP and Lenovo brands (training and certifications provided).
Management of warranty returns: quotes, tracking of parts and labor reimbursements.
Installation of workstations (hardware and software), including installation and configuration of common software such as Office Suite, antivirus, and other professional tools.
Level 1 user support:
First-level assistance (software, hardware).
Support for simple requests: passwords, network access, basic applications.
Tracking and documentation in the ticketing tool.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Rigor, service orientation, team spirit.
Driving license required.
