The Ibis Paris La Villette Cité des Sciences 19th Hotel is actively looking for an Assistant Accommodation Manager, in charge of Reception M/F, on a permanent contract, starting from April 1, 2026.

Your future tasks:
- Welcoming, you will be able to inform your clients about the stay conditions, formalities, prices, and reception possibilities of your establishment.
- You perform accounting tasks related to client files (invoicing, payment collection).
- You control payments and ensure data security.
- You know how to juggle between occupancy planning and client requests.
- You fill in activity tracking supports and produce daily statistical reports.
- You interact positively with other departments to guarantee clients a quality welcome and stay.
Let's talk about you:
- Attentive to others and the environment around you: you ensure your clients' stay is as flawless as it is unforgettable.
- Very comfortable in French and at least a second language, you enjoy discovering new cultures.
- You like to listen to your teams, to whom you daily transmit your know-how and passion,
- You master IT tools such as Opéra Cloud, Resaweb, or the Office Suite.
