A local player, Groupe E Tech, thanks to its expertise, is the reference partner for multi-technical projects in the fields of installations, electrical panels and infrastructures, telecommunications, multimedia, solar, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitary, water treatment, as well as maintenance of installations.
Mission:
As an HR Project Manager, you will have two missions:
- Social partnership (50%), you will lead the entire project aimed at establishing clear and coherent social governance within the different companies of the organization. Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating project activities, ensuring deadlines are met, and guaranteeing alignment with HR and organizational objectives.
- Defining the overall project organization and identifying participants for each legal entity.
- Developing the governance of the social partnership and drafting guidelines, regulations, and framework documents, including those related to the Staff Committee.
- Preparing and leading operational deployment, including organizing elections and appointing the new staff committee.
- Drafting and/or adjusting new complementary provisions and guidelines in collaboration with the staff committee and the social partner.
- Contributing to establishing a sustainable social framework supporting collective performance and employee engagement.
- Cross-functional HR projects (50%), you contribute to other projects according to the needs of the HR management. Your responsibilities include:
- Defining, optimizing, or documenting new processes.
- Participating in the implementation of new HR tools or solutions.
- Coordinating transformation initiatives related to organization, HR data, compliance, or internal communication.
- Providing methodological support to HR teams in project management and activity structuring.
- Preparing materials, analyses, schedules, and summaries to facilitate decision-making and ensure clear communication.
Profile:
- Training in HR, law, or equivalent.
- Experience in HR project or transformation management.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and structuring skills.
- Ease in communication and ability to conduct negotiations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize, and work in a structured manner.
- Collaborative spirit, constructive attitude, and ability to unite different stakeholders.
- Rigor, autonomy, integrity, and strong sense of confidentiality.
- Native French speaker.
