Due to an upcoming retirement in our payment transactions team, we are looking for a committed individual asIn this role, you ensure the timely and high-quality processing of payment transactions and support the team with complex clarifications. Gradually, you will develop into the deputy head of payment transactions. In addition, you will take on additional tasks from customer service in the future to further strengthen the collaboration between these two departments.

- Forward-thinking mindset and ability to assess the impact of individual process steps holistically
- Ideally, solid knowledge of payment transactions in a banking environment
- Technical flair and enthusiasm for process optimizations related to system adjustments
