The Electricity Distribution Management builds, maintains, and operates the electrical distribution network. Through the development of innovative offers, it ensures technological mastery of projects such as the implementation of the smart grid or public lighting.
Mission:
- Manage the secretariat of the Electricity Distribution Director, telephone reception, and the organization of his appointments, meetings, and trips
- Support the Director in his activities in Boards of Directors
- Ensure the preparation, follow-up, and management of files, correspondence, and deadlines, with a high level of confidentiality
- Organize and participate in internal meetings and events, prepare agendas, and write minutes
- Contribute to process optimization projects, document management, and physical and digital archiving
Profile:
- Commercial training (professional maturity) or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of experience
- Strong administrative management skills in a technical environment
- Excellent writing skills and mastery of MS Office tools
- Excellent command of French, good skills in German
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) appreciated
- Availability in the mornings from Monday to Friday
