This is what you do
- HR sparring partner for managers along the entire HR lifecycle in the assigned area of responsibility and organization
- Recruiting & onboarding from needs assessment to filling the position
- Active participation in shaping and implementing the HR strategy as well as strengthening the HR Business Partner model
- Contact person for employees
- Close cooperation with colleagues and experts from HR services, personnel development, and compensation
- Collaboration and further development of compensation management
- Support in HR projects and implementation of HR initiatives
This is what you bring
- At least three years of experience as an HR generalist or HR Business Partner
- Degree as an HR specialist or business administration/HR degree (FH/HF)
- High business understanding and process knowledge
- Strong consulting and communication skills with good assertiveness
- Hands-on mentality, openness to new ways – with the ambition to actively shape things
- Motivation to advance yourself, your area of responsibility, and the team in a dynamic environment
- Fluent German and English skills, Italian is an advantage
- High willingness to travel within the canton of Graubünden
