What you achieve:
- Independent execution, documentation, and processing of requests for performance review according to legal regulations on-site and remotely, willingness to travel
- Careful documentation of the reviewed cases
- Close collaboration with the hospital/nursing team and other stakeholders
Why you succeed:
- In addition to a successfully completed training as a certified nurse (HF/FH), you bring several years of experience in long-term care, experience in the Spitex area is an advantage
- Your confident handling of RAI-NH-LTCF (Supervisor) / BESA (Tutor), your solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), as well as your negotiation skills and assertiveness complete your profile
- You communicate fluently in German both orally and in writing; any additional language is a plus
