As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for a
Project Employee Evento Vision, 20-40%
(hourly wage, limited until approximately January 2027, with option for extension)
Your tasks
- Conceptual and administrative digitization of university processes for several Swiss universities with the goal of making them efficient, user-centered, and intuitively accessible
- Analysis, structuring, and translation of cross-university professional requirements into digital user interfaces
- Creation of wireframes and prototypes based on content and professional specifications from various university stakeholders
- Continuation, maintenance, and strategic further development of a cross-university design system
- Development, documentation, and continuous maintenance of a consistent style guide
- Close collaboration in an interdisciplinary project team (UI/UX, frontend, project and requirements management), which mainly works remotely or from home office
Your profile
- Two to three years of relevant professional experience in designing digital interfaces
- Very good knowledge of Figma
- Experience in building consistent design systems and maintaining style guides
- Understanding of current requirements regarding usability & accessibility and at least basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a high standard of quality and accuracy
- Good visual skills as well as a high degree of initiative, teamwork, and communication skills, fostering a trusting collaboration
- Good German language skills
