• Active participation in assembly work for interior fitting on rail vehicles in service
• Execution and guidance according to drawings and documentation
• Carrying out refresh work on existing rail vehicles
• Handling warranty and rework both domestically and abroad
• Responsible for interface inquiries, as well as organizing material flow and meeting deadlines
• Enthusiasm to develop a team and actively contribute to the service area
• Planning the required testing and auxiliary equipment as well as the necessary spare parts and tools for the service deployment

• Completed vocational training as a carpenter EFZ, joiner/joiner EFZ (or comparable training) with appropriate further education
• Initial leadership experience desirable
• Experience in rail vehicle construction and service is an advantage
• IT skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong team and communication skills
• Good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel
