• Completed training in the hotel industry
• Professional experience in reservations in a similar position
• You are already familiar with IT and the usual MS Office programs and ideally have experience using Opera Cloud
• Communication in German and English with our international guests is one of your strengths (Italian is an advantage)
• Your open, friendly manner makes it easy for you to integrate into an existing team
• You possess a high degree of flexibility, resilience, and service awareness

• With your exceptional warmth, empathy, and passion, you become a Dorint ambassador and thus create enthusiasm among our guests and employees
• You take over the activities for the Dorint cluster in Switzerland (currently 6 hotels)
• You are responsible for accepting, qualifying, and processing individual and group bookings
• You support and represent the reservations management during absences and ensure smooth workflow within the team
• You check incoming and outgoing invoices and arrange for their dispatch
• To make our guests' stay an unforgettable experience and ensure guest satisfaction, you receive their requests that arise before arrival and fulfill them with great commitment
• Through proactive upselling, you contribute to a positive operating result
