The Real Estate & Logistics & Physical Security division offers a wide range of services to clients and employees of the Pictet group; it manages the buildings of the Group's headquarters in Geneva as well as those of its subsidiaries, branches, and offices in Switzerland and abroad, and ensures their physical security.
To strengthen the Management team of the Physical Security department, our Geneva office is looking for a:
Security Manager (100%)
Your role
Mission:
Your mission will be to ensure the physical security of people, property, and the Group's facilities in Switzerland and abroad. You will contribute to defining, implementing, and monitoring the overall physical security strategy by strengthening prevention and protection measures.
Responsibilities:
In coordination with the physical security team in Geneva, under the responsibility of the Head of Department - Physical Security Group, you will undertake the following tasks:
- Participate in updating the overall security strategy, in collaboration with the Group head of physical security.
- Identify, analyze, and assess risks related to physical security, and propose appropriate prevention measures, taking into account different geographical contexts.
- Define and implement specific security actions for employees and sensitive sites, in collaboration with various internal and external services.
- Contribute to harmonizing security policies, procedures, and protocols across the Group.
- Develop security awareness and information programs for employees.
- Supervise security audits, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Select external security providers and guarantee the quality of services.
- Coordinate interventions in case of incidents or crises.
- Ensure collaboration with local authorities as well as internal and external partners.
- Prepare regular security reports for management.
- Participate in establishing and monitoring the department's budget.
Your profile
- Higher education.
- Additional continuing education in the field of security.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar position, focused on risk prevention and protection of property and people.
- Mastery of risk analysis, as well as drafting and implementing security procedures.
- Experience in security audits and managing cross-functional projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, unite teams, and make decisions in a demanding environment.
- Stress resistance, flexibility, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Very good command of computer tools (MS Office).
- Discretion, integrity, and excellent communication skills.
- Availability for business travel and on-call duty.
- Residence in Switzerland required.
