Employee AVOR / Industrialization Project Manager (m/f/d)
This is your future role
- Calculation, planning, and introduction of new components and systems into production as well as optimization of existing components and systems
- Management of industrialization projects
- Transfer of newly developed product lines from the development phase to series production
- Further development of processes and tools to optimize work preparation and industrialization projects
- Coordination of offers including monitoring and ensuring the submission deadline
- Creation and modification of work documents (material master, work plans, bills of materials, drawings, etc.) as well as corresponding mapping in SAP
- Accompanying customer approvals (FAI)
- Active collaboration with various interfaces within and partly outside the company
These are our requirements
- Completed basic training as a precision optics technician
- Further training as a process specialist, technician HF or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable production environment (planar optics / round optics)
- Experience in project business is an advantage
- Good SAP and MS Office skills, as well as good English skills
- Team-oriented, flexible, and extremely reliable personality with high performance and organizational skills
