Is this helpful?
«For every child in Switzerland a fulfilled childhood and a self-determined, responsible upbringing.»
This is our vision and currently around 200 employees and over 1000 volunteers throughout Switzerland are committed to it with great dedication and passion. With our services such as the emergency number 147, parent letters, application trainings, media usage workshops and many more, we support children and young people as well as their parents on a daily basis.
In 2023, Pro Juventute introduced collegial leadership as an organizational form. Decisions are made in circles. Responsibility is distributed across roles instead of being concentrated with hierarchical superiors. We place great value on participation, leadership, communication, and transparency throughout the entire team.
