Your area of responsibility
Your main responsibility lies in the support of the ERP, CRM, and DMS systems. You skillfully take care of all concerns of the internal (key) users in daily operations as well as in smaller projects for the further development of our system landscape. Together with the second internal employee and experienced external partners, you ensure a performant availability of our IT. Operational and technical tasks in daily business are part of your portfolio, as well as competent and forward-looking advice to the management and other executives on IT matters. In addition, you contribute to overarching IT tasks, particularly the further development of the IT organizational unit and infrastructure according to IT strategy and risk management.

Your profile:
You have completed basic IT training (EFZ or comparable qualification) and either already have broad experience with ERP/standard software or are willing to acquire it "on the job." You also have good knowledge in the system technology environment, are used to working on projects, and see yourself as a person who likes to tackle and advance topics. We also expect very good communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written.
