For the Central Secretariat we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as
Tasks
- Reception of emergencies as well as written and telephone registrations from referrers for the KJP area
- Recording of registrations and planning of callbacks by specialists
- Administrative support for the Central Outpatient Clinic and U5 consultation
- Appointment organization for all specialists and mail processing
- Reporting and management of electronic medical records in Orbis
- Administrative support for specialists
- Deputy work in the Central Secretariat
- Various other office tasks
Profile
- Commercial basic training (EFZ) mandatory, further training as a medical secretary or experience in healthcare is an advantage
- Proficient IT skills, especially MS Office
- Knowledge of Navision and Orbis is an advantage
- Confident German as well as basic knowledge of English and French (advantageous)
- Enjoyment of telephone patient contact
- Flair for organization and planning
- Independent as well as reliable and precise working style
- Committed and team-oriented personality (office with 8 people) who also keeps an overview in hectic times
