We are looking for a Coordinator Contract + Lead Management (m/f/d) to complement our team at the Sales Center Switzerland and take our customer relationships to the next level – with professional project management, customer focus, and a lot of passion for technical services.

Do you have a knack for accompanying customer projects from inquiry to implementation? Do you love structuring complex processes while always keeping the customer in mind?
Then this role is made for you! In this position, you are the driving force behind our service projects and ensure that everything runs smoothly – from the initial idea to successful project completion.
What tasks will you take on?
You:
- advise our customers on-site and by phone – solution-oriented and practical.
- create customized service offers and accompany them from planning to implementation.
- coordinate smooth project processes together with our technical teams.
- monitor schedules, costs, and quality – you keep all strings in your hand.
- successfully bring projects to completion – including documentation, customer handover, and feedback discussions.
- travel activity within Switzerland 60%.
What do we expect from you?
You bring:
- a technical basic education (mechanical, electrical, or electronic) with commercial training or several years of relevant professional experience.
- experience in measurement and control technology and in project management.
- proficient use of Microsoft 365, Salesforce Service Console, and SAP.
- very good German and English skills.
- initiative, customer orientation, and a good sense for people.
