- Design & Development: Development and integration of modern UI components as well as independent design and implementation of backend services and APIs
- Feature Implementation: Design, implementation, and testing of business features in both front- and backend
- Agile Collaboration: Close cooperation with internal developer teams and business units in an agile working environment
- DevOps & Automation: Taking responsibility within the team for the operation of our platform (DevOps) and its continuous improvement regarding automation
- AI Integration: Use of AI technologies to support code generation, automated testing, and documentation to make development processes more efficient and of higher quality

Your Skills and Talents
- Solid Education & Experience: You have completed a degree or apprenticeship in computer science and have at least 2-3 years of professional experience
- Full-Stack Expertise: You bring solid knowledge in Java, React, and Python and have already gained practical experience in full-stack development
- Databases: You have experience working with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases
- Passion for AI: You have experience in AI-supported development and enjoy trying out and developing new features
- Desirable Additional Skills: Experience with modern DevOps tools such as Kubernetes/Openshift, GitHub Actions, Terraform, or ArgoCD, experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
- You have a structured, independent, and responsible way of working
- You are a team player and proactively shape collaboration
- Very good German and good English skills are a requirement
