To complement our Broker & Partner Swiss Romande service, active in handling and following up on requests from our partners, we are looking for a customer support person for our Lausanne teams starting September 1, 2025.
The various tasks awaiting you:
- Establishing and entering insurance offers for our Private and Motor Vehicle Fleet clients
- Supporting broker advisors in following up on our partners' business
- Monitoring renewal and remediation campaigns of the service
- Managing various operational activities and administrative tasks related to an assigned portfolio
What makes you unique:
- You have professional experience in a similar position and/or have completed insurance training (federal certificate or intermediate AFA)
- You are proactive and work with rigor
- Organization and time management hold no secrets for you
- Very social, you are naturally comfortable with client and/or partner contacts
- Fluency in French is mandatory; knowledge of other languages is an asset
