Tasks
Organization, coordination, and preparation of anesthesia consultations
Welcoming our patients at the reception
Contact person for patients as well as attentive and courteous care of their concerns
Recording preoperative information such as reports, admission medication, and secondary diagnoses in the clinical information system
Contact person for telephone and written concerns and inquiries internally as well as externally
Service recording
Scheduling and coordination of general practitioner, anesthesia, and nursing consultation appointments before planned surgery
You ensure that all necessary clarifications are completed and documented upon patient admission and actively contribute to high patient safety
Profile
Training as MPA and/or additional training as hospital and medical secretary with professional experience in a comparable position
Service-oriented and enjoyment of direct patient contact
Trustworthy, independent, resilient, and communicative personality
Flexible and team-oriented working style
Solid IT user skills
Very good and confident German language skills, knowledge of English, French, or Italian is desirable
