Your Tasks
- A large part of the work consists of patient conversations
- Independent observation and communication of therapy success
- Creation, evaluation, and adjustment of care treatment planning
- Professional documentation in the electronic patient record
- Co-design of the weekly plan for the patients (m/f/d)
- Participation in multiprofessional meetings to evaluate the treatment process
- Promotion of the social and emotional competence of our patients (m/f/d)
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), curative education nurse (m/f/d), or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
- A respectful basic attitude
- Creativity, teamwork, flexibility, and commitment
