For our Volg branch in Wettingen we are looking for a motivated, independent, and upbeat personality for the position of immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks
- You lead the branch as well as the associated team (5-6 employees)
- You plan and coordinate personnel deployment
- You advise, serve, and support our customers in a friendly, professional, and joyful manner
- You ensure timely orders and product presentation
- You check and verify incoming goods.
- Ensure fresh goods in the area of fruits and vegetables, meat, and dairy products
- You handle administrative tasks including cash register accounting
- You maintain order and cleanliness throughout the entire area
Your profile
- You have training as a retail salesperson, preferably at Volg, as well as several years of experience as a branch manager with personnel management
- You are a food professional who thinks economically, is organized, and also actively pitches in
- You are resilient
- You have confident German language skills
- You have a high sense of responsibility
- You are flexible and perceive the working hours at VOLG as positive
