Job description

We are currently looking for a Junior Functional & Production Support - F/H/X to manage level 1 and 2 business incident tickets. We are seeking motivated professionals to join the support team located in Geneva, responsible for tickets related to maintenance, logistics, purchasing, and building management.

🔥 Main activities:

Provide functional support to users by responding to support tickets via ServiceNow or any other appropriate ticketing tool.
Dispatch and handle business requests and incidents according to the relevant levels and divisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Document incidents and solutions provided in the ticketing system.
Participate in continuous service improvement by proposing solutions and enhancements.

🎯 Profile sought

Experience as a production operator or administrator in a similar environment.
Knowledge of ticketing tools, ideally ServiceNow.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with users.
Organizational skills and rigor in handling requests.
Fluency in French; knowledge of English is a plus.
