Job description
We are currently looking for a Junior Functional & Production Support - F/H/X to manage level 1 and 2 business incident tickets. We are seeking motivated professionals to join the support team located in Geneva, responsible for tickets related to maintenance, logistics, purchasing, and building management.
🔥 Main activities:
- Provide functional support to users by responding to support tickets via ServiceNow or any other appropriate ticketing tool.
- Dispatch and handle business requests and incidents according to the relevant levels and divisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Document incidents and solutions provided in the ticketing system.
- Participate in continuous service improvement by proposing solutions and enhancements.
🎯 Profile sought
- Experience as a production operator or administrator in a similar environment.
- Knowledge of ticketing tools, ideally ServiceNow.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with users.
- Organizational skills and rigor in handling requests.
- Fluency in French; knowledge of English is a plus.
