Tasks

• Professional support and responsibility in the learning process design of FaGe trainees in the 1st year of apprenticeship
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of internal learning and educational lessons for HF nursing students and FaGe trainees
• Close collaboration with the training managers, ward managers, and the wider interdisciplinary team
• Active participation in the further development of education-related projects
• Involvement in the recruitment process

Profile

• HF/FH nursing diploma with experience in psychiatric settings and a completed pedagogical additional training (SVEB-1 or higher)
• High professional and social competence as well as good communication skills
• For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
