Your Tasks
- You actively shape daily life, the activation offerings, and the sociocultural events and carry out the activities
- With joy and commitment, you support and accompany our residents
- You make a creative contribution to festive or theme-related internal events and excursions
- You participate in seasonal decoration
- Collaboration with external partners and interdisciplinary cooperation with all areas in the house is a matter of course for you
What You Bring
- Further education as an Activation Specialist and Daily Life Designer
- Professional experience in long-term care and enjoyment in working with older people
- Very good oral and written German skills, MS Office knowledge is an advantage
- Resilience, flexibility, independence, and creativity are a matter of course for you
- You are an organizational talent and strive to make daily life efficient
