About the job
In our human-sized organization, you will be the first point of contact for our clientele, whether internally or externally. OUR TEAM NEEDS YOU FOR THE FOLLOWING TASKS:
- Management of orders and client files
- Course planning;
- Manage and schedule educational interviews;
- Manage and follow up on orders and client files;
- Various monitoring;
- Manage client disputes.
- Administrative tasks
- Perform various basic administrative tasks;
- Manage reception (physical and telephone) and client registrations;
- Manage administrative projects;
- Provide administrative support to colleagues.
- Training
- Assist in the training of apprentices/interns/new administrative colleagues.
- Branch management
- Manage all operational aspects of the branch (room management, cafeteria, supply room, etc.).
YOU DESCRIBE YOURSELF AS:

YOU HAVE:
- Federal diploma of vocational education and training (CFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent qualification;
- Some initial experience in reception and planning (experience in a school environment is a plus);
- Perfect command of the French language, both written and spoken;
- Obvious customer orientation;
- Practical experience in training apprentices or MPC 3+1 interns;
- Knowledge of Odoo software is a plus.
