For the operational management, coordination, and further development of the Red Cross Transport Service, we are looking for you: a strong leadership and communication personality, structured and empathetic, who takes responsibility and tackles tasks with enthusiasm. Start date November 1, 2025, or by arrangement.

What you can achieve

Operational responsibility, coordination, and participation in daily business as a dispatcher of the Red Cross Transport Service

Leadership and promotion of a small team (two employees, one intern) as well as over 120 volunteers

Participation in the recruitment and retention of volunteer drivers

Planning and leading team meetings as well as creating work schedules

Ensuring quality and further development of processes – also in digital areas

Representation of the SRK Canton Lucerne externally

What you bring

Completed training in the social or commercial field

Leadership experience and skills

Very good communication skills in spoken and written form (German mandatory, foreign languages advantageous)

High customer orientation

Organizational talent with a systematic, structured, and reliable way of working

Proficient in handling digital tools (including M365 and Salesforce)

Team player, resilient, solution-oriented, and consistent – even in challenging situations

Experience in volunteer work as well as in project and process management is an advantage
