Site Manager

Your tasks:
- Management of a small team of 10 people
- First point of contact for the client
- Operational management (70%)
- Administrative management (30%)
- Training employees in good cleaning practices
- Occasional replacements in case of various absences
- Quality controls related to cleaning, buildings, and safety
- Contribution to transformation projects, refurbishments
Your profile:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as operations/cleaning agent or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar position in the service sector
- Fluency in spoken and written French
- Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office)
- Driving license required
- Neat appearance and customer-oriented
- Sense of responsibility
- Stress resistance
- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit
