Your tasks
- Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- Ensuring service invoicing
- Maintaining the general ledger including monthly bank reconciliation
- Support with monthly and annual financial statements
- Creating reports in the finance area
- Participation in the optimization of financial processes and digitalization projects
- Deputizing for the head of financial accounting during absences
What you bring
- Completed commercial training with several years of experience and further education in finance
- Proficient IT user skills, experience with Abacus and Messerli Baufinanz is an advantage
- Independent, structured working style with high initiative and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working equally with numbers and people
