This new daycare exclusively reserved for employees of a renowned company in the canton of Vaud is under construction and the opening is scheduled for early 2027. With a capacity of about 38 places, we are looking for the site:

Start date to be agreed – Workplace: Le Brassus (Vaud) – Activity rate: 80% to 100%

Your missions:

• Ensure the proper functioning (financial, administrative, and operational) of this new childcare facility and the quality of educational services.
• Recruit teams (ASE, EDU, ) and manage them.
• Develop and implement the educational project with the teams.
• Develop and offer a socio-educational service focused on the pleasure of creating, discovering, being together, communicating, and the joy of growing.
• Welcome families, develop and maintain a quality and trusting relationship with them.
• Establish a framework to meet legal, safety, and hygiene requirements.
• Carry out the various reports requested by the

• Represent the daycare externally and with the authorities.

You have:

• A diploma or equivalent meeting current requirements, allowing you to obtain an operating permit issued by the supervisory authority
• Significant successful experience in a function
• Proven experience in management and supervision of educational projects.
• Very good administrative, organizational, writing, and pedagogical skills.
• A sense of human relations and responsibilities
