The Office for Penal Enforcement includes the departments of Enforcement and Probation Services, Prisons, and the Kalchrain Measures Center (MZK).
The MZK serves the resocialization and training of young male offenders aged between 16 and 25 years. The central task of the institution is recidivism prevention. We work methodically according to the standards of risk and competence orientation (ROS© and KOSS©). Professionals from education, social pedagogy, and forensic psychotherapy form an interdisciplinary team.
As of May 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Personnel, organizational, and conceptual leadership of the Care and Security department
- Safety officer for occupational safety and health protection
- Monitoring of security systems (fire alarm system, etc.)
- Building and site patrols
- Entry and room checks
- Gate and wake-up service
- Documentation and reporting
Your profile
- Basic craft or technical training
- Preferably a qualification as a specialist in penal enforcement
- Leadership experience in supervisory or security service
- Life experience (minimum age 30 years)
- Good physical condition
- Enjoy working with young people
- Teamwork skills and high social competence
- Driver's license category B
- Basic SIBE course is an advantage
- Responsible work in an unusual environment
- High degree of personal responsibility
