- Independent parking management from rental to billing
- Monthly controlling of the invoicing of rents and ancillary costs
- Collaboration in the annual budgeting of rents for the group companies
- Support with the annual ancillary cost settlements
- Cooperation with the real estate accounting
- Data maintenance and area mutations in SAP RE-FX
- Commissioning of plan changes
- Drafting of tenant information
- Account assignment of creditor invoices via workflow
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial basic training (KV) or equivalent education
- Preferably first experience in an administrative role in the real estate environment
- Strong interest in administrative tasks as well as advising and supporting the tenants of the properties
- Team-oriented personality with high reliability and sense of responsibility
- High independence as well as structured and proactive working style
- Very good spoken German skills, French skills are an advantage
