Your Tasks
- Development and implementation of asset management strategies for long-term value enhancement and performance optimization of the real estate portfolio.
- Ongoing monitoring and optimization of real estate holdings regarding profitability, earning power, and sustainability.
- Preparation and control of budget planning and annual financial statements as well as regular reporting to investors and internal stakeholders.
- Management and supervision of external service providers to ensure the smooth operation of the properties.
- Support and execution of renovation, conversion, or new construction projects in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Development of measures to reduce vacancies and debtor controlling.
- Contract negotiations with anchor tenants.
- Monitoring payment transactions and coordination between property accounting and financial accounting.
- Participation in the acquisition of new properties.

- Completed higher education in the real estate sector.
- Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written.
- Conceptual and strategic thinking skills as well as a strong affinity for numbers.
- Positive and communicative personality.
