The Stiftung Alterssiedlung Grenchen operates the two senior centers at Weinberg and Kastels for 173 residents and employs 270 staff members. In our senior settlements, elderly people live in a family-like atmosphere. We encourage them to lead their own lives even in old age and at the same time offer them a safe, age-appropriate environment where they feel comfortable.

You meet the challenges of dealing with elderly people with a lot of motivation and patience. Through your experience, you succeed in providing residents with professional and individual care and support. Household tasks are also part of your work area.
Your profile:
- Experience in inpatient long-term care
- Open and constructive personality
- Very good German skills
- High self-motivation
- Understanding and empathy for elderly people
- RAI/RUG knowledge desired
