Team Leader Nursing

Your tasks:

• Professional as well as personnel leadership & coaching of directly subordinate employees
• Ensuring high-quality nursing and care
• Organization and conduct of team meetings and case discussions
• Creation of needs-based duty and vacation schedules
• Participation in the design of effective and efficient operational processes

Your qualifications:

• Valid diploma as a nursing specialist (HF/FH) in Switzerland
• Leadership experience (existing leadership training is an advantage or willingness to complete it)
• Solid professional experience, ideally 2-3 years of Spitex experience
• Mental and physical resilience
• Very good communication and advisory skills
• High social, self-, methodical and professional competence
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Conceptual skills
• Flair and interest in shaping operational change processes
• Good function-related IT skills
