Team Leader Nursing
Your tasks:
- Professional as well as personnel leadership & coaching of directly subordinate employees
- Ensuring high-quality nursing and care
- Organization and conduct of team meetings and case discussions
- Creation of needs-based duty and vacation schedules
- Participation in the design of effective and efficient operational processes
Your qualifications:
- Valid diploma as a nursing specialist (HF/FH) in Switzerland
- Leadership experience (existing leadership training is an advantage or willingness to complete it)
- Solid professional experience, ideally 2-3 years of Spitex experience
- Mental and physical resilience
- Very good communication and advisory skills
- High social, self-, methodical and professional competence
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Conceptual skills
- Flair and interest in shaping operational change processes
- Good function-related IT skills
