- Oral and written advice to our Private and Corporate clients in real estate law, mainly:
- Lease law
- Public and private construction law
- Property rights
- Neighbor law
- Other contracts related to real estate
- Resolution of complex legal issues in the aforementioned areas
- Conducting negotiations with policyholders, opposing parties, technical experts, and authorities
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- University degree in Swiss law (MLaw)
- Professional experience in the relevant fields
- Bar exam certificate, an asset
- Excellent analytical skills, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
- Flexibility, autonomy, and ability to manage a high workload
- Enjoyment of client contact and teamwork skills
- Very good communication, negotiation, and legal writing skills
- Good knowledge of English and/or German, an asset
