- Handle customer concerns regarding moves, ownership changes, as well as billing and payment issues by phone and in writing.
- Clarify questions about meter readings, rates, and consumption, and provide information about our products.
- Support customers in using the customer portal and provide clarity on other channels.
- Handle complaints and escalations to increase customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer data in the CRM, uphold quality, and contribute to process improvements.

- You have lots of enthusiasm and drive to take our customer service to the next level.
- Your educational background includes commercial training at least at level E.
- Work experience in customer service – ideally in a technical or sales-oriented environment.
- You are a true customer empathizer and take their concerns seriously.
- Very good German skills at native speaker level; additional languages are an advantage.
