Customer Service Specialist (all)

• Handle customer concerns regarding moves, ownership changes, as well as billing and payment issues by phone and in writing.
• Clarify questions about meter readings, rates, and consumption, and provide information about our products.
• Support customers in using the customer portal and provide clarity on other channels.
• Handle complaints and escalations to increase customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer data in the CRM, uphold quality, and contribute to process improvements.

• You have lots of enthusiasm and drive to take our customer service to the next level.
• Your educational background includes commercial training at least at level E.
• Work experience in customer service – ideally in a technical or sales-oriented environment.
• You are a true customer empathizer and take their concerns seriously.
• Very good German skills at native speaker level; additional languages are an advantage.
