- The SIEN is responsible for the IT of the State and its partners (municipalities, schools, health, social and parapublic sector). It defines the IT strategy with its partners, studies needs, proposes overall IT concepts, and provides a range of services for all public communities in Neuchâtel.
- Within the team dedicated to the ETIC system (Environment for Processing Municipal Information), you actively contribute to the design, development, and evolution of the application. As a senior developer, you work on development, refactoring, and code optimization tasks, while participating in software architecture decisions. You collaborate closely with business analysts to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. You are proactive in improving code quality, application performance, and development process efficiency. Finally, you take part in code reviews, continuous improvement of the development environment, and sharing best practices within the team.
- Holder of a diploma from a higher education institution in computer science (EPF, University, HES, HEG) or an equivalent qualification, you have proven experience in software design and development. You have more than five years of experience in JAVA development and master technologies such as Spring, Stripes, Struts, Vue.js, Hibernate, SQL, GIT, Azure DevOps, and REST. You are also familiar with agile methodologies and have solid experience with modern technical environments used in application development. Knowledge of the administration domain is an asset.
Capable of working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you share your ideas and actively contribute to solution development. You demonstrate autonomy in managing complex tasks and propose improvements or innovations, while communicating clearly with colleagues and stakeholders. Finally, you adapt easily to changes, quickly integrating new technologies and adjusting your methods according to projects.
