Your tasks

• Monitoring and continuous optimization of LLM models in production (response times, scaling, usage)
• Development and maintenance of AI assistants with LLMs, OCR, workflows, agents 
• Integration of internal and external company data sources and tools with MCP, Azure AI Search, RAG
• Provision of AI assistants and services via REST API interfaces (FastAPI, OpenAPI)
• Implementation of security and data protection measures according to GDPR and the EU AI regulation
• Containerization & orchestration with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
• Integration of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana or Azure Monitor for seamless traceability
• Automation of deployments (Flux, Terraform, Gitlab Pipelines)
• Close collaboration with data engineers, compliance experts, and developers for secure assistant deployment (future agents)
• Participation in selection, fine-tuning, and testing of new models (OpenAI, Azure AI, Hugging Face)

Your profile

• Solid experience in operating AI applications, ideally in regulated industries (banks, insurance, FinTech)
• Knowledge of Python (FastAPI, LangChain), SQL, and API design (OpenAPI)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AI Foundry, Azure Document Intelligence, Azure AI Search, OpenAI API) and infrastructure-as-code
• Experience with DevOps and security tools (Flux, Gitlab Pipelines, Terraform)
• Understanding of IT security, IAM, logging & audit capability
• Interest in new technologies, structured working, and high personal responsibility
  Very good German and English skills (level C1/C2)
