Your area of responsibility
- Monitoring and controlling service activities in the Central/South region to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Ensuring efficient planning and execution of projects in the Central/South region (deadlines, costs, quality)
- Providing outstanding service to improve customer satisfaction (Service Excellence)
- Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with key customers and further developing them
- Contributing to the development and further development of the service strategy and market approach in the Central/South region
- Responsibility for the budget of the Central/South region as well as achieving quantitative and qualitative business goals
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of directly subordinate employees
- Promoting a collaborative and performance-oriented culture

What you bring
- Commercial or technical basic training with business management further education
- Several years of experience in sales of products and services, experience in service business (field service)
- Market and industry knowledge in the building trades
- Leadership experience
- Fluent in German and Italian
- Conceptual thinking in processes (end-to-end)
- Proactive action (pragmatic "hands-on" and "can-do" mentality) and taking responsibility for results
- Customer and solution orientation
