What you can achieve
You comprehensively support the Corporate Secretary in fulfilling their role. This includes in particular:
- Preparation of minutes of the meetings of the Board of Directors and its committees
- Scheduling and content planning of meetings
- Development of Corporate Governance documents and processes
- Review of transactions and documents to be submitted to the Board of Directors
- Handling assignments from the Board of Directors, such as clarifications and support of consultations at the Board level.
As the Deputy Corporate Secretary, you act as an interface between the Board of Directors, the CEO office, and take on coordinating tasks.
What you bring
- University degree, ideally in law or economics
- Experience in this or a comparable position at the Board of Directors / executive management level, in public administration or associations
- Confident and audience-appropriate communication in German, both spoken and written. Good English skills required, French skills are an advantage
- Organized and integrity-driven personality with high initiative and quick comprehension
- Ability to simplify complex issues and get to the point
- Flexibility and assertiveness in a dynamic environment
